Easy Egg Salad
Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water.
Bring water to a boil and immediately remove from heat.
Cover and let eggs stand in hot water for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool completely under cold running water or in bowl of ice water.
Peel away shells.
6 hard boiled eggs, peeled, rinsed, and dried
1/3 cup celery, cut into a small dice
1/4 cup (or more) mayonnaise
1/4 cup green onion, thinly sliced (Optional)
Pinch of salt
1-2 tablespoons of Citrus Dill Seasoning
Place the chopped eggs in a bowl, and stir in the mayonnaise, and other ingredients until combined.
