Pizza Stroganoff with Ground Venison, Beef, Turkey or Pork

This tasty Pizza Stroganoff is a nice change from the traditional flavor.
Add 1-1 1/2 pounds of ground meat 1 package of Pizza Seasoning, 1/2-3/4 cup of diced onion Brown above ingredients together. Add 1/2 cup of water or beef broth to meat mixture if it is too dry. Stir in 1/2 brick of softened cream cheese and 1/2 cup of sour cream. Mix until combined. Add Salt and Pepper to taste. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and serve with noodles, potatoes, rice or on a bun. |
